STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT:
- Improve business through Customer Relation Management
- Identify, communicate and monitor compliance to applicable legal & other requirements, related to Quality, Occupational Health & Safety, Environment and Information Security.
- Adopt environmentally sustainable practices to protect environment/nature by preventing pollution.
- Establish and implement schemes for identifying, evaluating and enhancing employee competency.
- Maintain safe and healthy working conditions to prevent occupational hazards, injury/harm, ill health and wellbeing of employees and stakeholders.
- Ensure to maintain adequate control measures to eliminate potential hazards by constant supervision, checks & inspections to reduce and prevent risks & injuries.
MANAGEMENT BY OBJECTIVE:
- Promote employee participation at all relevant functional levels through their active involvement and seeking consultation.
- Establish key performance indicators in all relevant functions addressing Quality, HSE and Information Security for continual improvement
- Establish Resource Management System at all relevant functions to optimize resource utilization and minimize material wastage including natural resources.
BUSINESS CONTINUITY PLAN:
- Establish and monitor Business Impact analysis, Incident Investigation and Risk Assessment in all relevant processes by considering confidentiality, integrity and availability of organisational information to ensure the defined objectives are met.
The Management encourages all employees to participate in establishing appropriate objectives and action plans to achieve company objectives.
The Corporate Objectives shall be implemented at the functional level.
