Primary Cleaning Services

Primary Group, in compliance with the UAE Safety policies is responsible for the day-to-day management of cleaning, window cleaning at facilities and one meter of building surrounds.

Residential buildings – Daily cleaning of communal areas and offices including the collection of waste within the buildings takes place during core hours.

Record storage, Archives and Store rooms are cleaned on a two-weekly basis.

Reactive cleaning and ad hoc service will be provided based on request made through Client’s Service desk during Core hours.

Periodic deep cleaning – hard floor polishing, carpet shampooing, in-depth cleaning of walls, furniture, fixtures, fittings, etc. takes place during downtime.

Window cleaning is carried out on a rolling six monthly basis after the initial cleans or based on client’s requests.

Washroom Consumable items (toilet rolls, hand soap, Air Fresheners, Hand Sanitizers and paper hand towels) are provided and replenished by Primary Group.

SUPPLIES & EQUIPMENT

We provide the supplies and equipment needed to complete the planned, non-periodic, Cleaning Services; these include:

  • Cleaning Machineries
  • Non-mechanical equipment
  • Mechanical equipment
  • Warning signage e.g., “Caution wet floor” A signs
  • Personal protective equipment e.g., gloves
  • Uniforms

Operating Hours: Monday – Saturday (9:00 am to 5:00 pm)

The service will be delivered seven (7) days a week – 12 hours per day, with the team being coordinated by our Cleaning Supervisor (off-site).

Cleaning Services: Personnel Profile & Responsibilities

  • Ability to understand and communicate in basic words of English
  • Ensure proper understanding of the procedures and methodologies
  • Trained in Personnel Hygiene. He/she will be presented in neat & ironed dress, hair combed, neatly shaved and shoes clean. He/she will be trained on the use of appropriate deodorants which provides the right image to your staff, faculty, parents and visitors
  • Trained to demonstrate politeness. He/she will be trained to use words as “Good Morning”, “May I help you” etc. This will enhance the image of Client
  • Work according to the schedules assigned to him/her
  • Report any faults within Client’s premises e.g., water pipe leaking, bulbs fused and switches not functioning.
  • Report any major incidents/accidents to his immediate supervisor
  • Hand over any items found within the client’s property to the concerned authorities
  • To be educated on emergency procedures
  • Trained on the methodologies of cleaning to ensure optimization of time
  • Dedicated and willing to learn
  • Clean equipment’s and materials after use
  • Storage of equipment and materials in the right manner and location
  • Use of proper sign boards/safety implements during cleaning operation
